SUMMARY:8th Annual Big Buck Contest
DESCRIPTION:It’s finally that time of year again! The Wilcox Area Chamber of Commerce’s annual Big Buck Contest has officially kicked off and is looking to be the biggest and best to-date. There are several new categories to compete in this year: biggest buck\, biggest doe and biggest hog. If there you aren’t a hunter and fishing is your expertise\, you can also compete for the biggest Crappie! Last of all\, for the ones with a good eye\, we have opened up a contest for the most unique wildlife photo! \nTickets can be purchased at any sponsor location or at the Wilcox Area Chamber of Commerce (1001 Earl Hilliard Rd\, Camden\, AL 36726). Adult tickets are $20. DESCRIPTION:“Giving Thanks in Wilcox County” \nThe Wilcox Area Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring their first annual “Giving Thanks in Wilcox County” canned good drive. All residents are asked to donate any Non-Perishable Food Items that you may have. Those goods will be passed out to all Wilcox County Residents who may be in need during this time of the year. ALL non-perishable items should be dropped off at the Gees Bend Ferry Terminal or any local business in the Wilcox area with a #GTIWC box.
